  • No pets allowed (due to owner’s allergies)
Cancellation policy
  • 100% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 45 days before check-in.
  • 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 21 days before check-in.
  • No refund if you cancel less than 21 days before check-in.
  • Designated outdoor smoking/vaping area marked by garage
  • No illicit drug use
  • Top bunkbed limited to one person and no children under 6
  • The property is right next to the water. Children must be closely monitored.
